HW 3-30 Haiku

Bonded by love and grief
Death do us part no one believes
Wedding rings dismantled

This Haikuks words make the poem both flow and have meaning. It shows the power of love is able to stand even if one spouse has died. The memories of loved ones are always present with us. By dismantling the wedding ring, this shows progression with the living spouse moving on from the past but cherishing the memories.

Stones skips across the lake
Now lies cold beneath the waters floor
Once a happy stone

Being on top does not mean you will always be on top. I can relate this poem to real life. What goes up must come down. No one is happy 100% throughout there entire life. Everyone experiences dark days and the stone falling to the waters floor symbolizes that. However, someone may always be 5ere to pick you up.
